We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. You'll be staying in our newly constructed carriage house at the back of our property in the heart of Corktown - Detroit's oldest historic neighborhood. This private dwelling is accessed from the back alley entrance and offers high ceilings and a panoramic view of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.

Omega B & B, built in 2023, is a private, two-story, tiny home on the property of the hosts. Perfect for two, it features a full kitchen, living area, work area and murphy bed (for additional guests) on the top floor. The main bedroom, bathroom, laundry and coffee/wine bar are on the lower level. Guests need to be able to navigate steps both inside and outside the home. There is a parking space for one car. The historic Milford Opera House was built in 1875 in the Heart of Downtown Milford, MI. The upper floor is a 3,000 sq. ft. luxury loft. The loft has a huge open floor plan with a King bedroom set & 2 Bedrooms. Guests also have access to the huge projection television & 1875 Pool Table in the common area. Outside the back deck is a beautiful view of the Lower Mill Pond & railroad tracks. Check in is at 3pm, early check ins are not available.
