Beautiful, 170 feet of waterfront Carriage House with a lovely sandy beach for a relaxing vacation in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Very close to the White Mountain National Forest, Kancamagus Highway, and several Ski Resorts. Within 45 minutes to the beaches of Maine and the Seacoast of New Hampshire. Our Carriage House is 1.5 hours from Boston and 2 hours from Worcester, MA. The Carriage House was built in 2021 with top-line finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for a romantic getaway.

Kolelemook Cottage - a peaceful lakeside retreat that offers something for everyone all year round. With pristine and shallow water, this lake is perfect for family recreation. We offer an inflatable swim platform, children and adult kayaks, as well as a paddle board for seasonal enjoyment (available Memorial Day-October 15). Board games and Smart TV for indoor entertainment. 10 min. to downtown New London, 20 min. to Sunapee Ski Resort, with loads of hiking options just a short drive away.

A quick 2 min. drive to the awesome village of Bethel, recently voted best ski town in North America. The house is only 12 minutes to Sunday River. You and your family will feel right at home in this cozy, private cottage with it's own pond. Also, a short drive to Woodstock, Mt. Abram, and more Western Maine adventures! Relax, read, fish, listen to the loons - a perfect get-away to completely unplug. Great hiking, kayaking, and biking in the area. Grill, hammock, and fire-ring by water's edge.
