Das Tiny House der Feigenterrasse beim Semmering ist ein komfortables Natur-Refugium auf 800 m Höhe – ideal für Paare und Familien bis zu 4 Personen. Auf zwei Ebenen stehen 80 m² Wohnfläche mit Fußbodenheizung, voll ausgestatteter Küche und großzügigem Wohnbereich zur Verfügung. Das Haus liegt nur rund 15 Minuten von den Skigebieten Semmering und St. Corona entfernt und ist die perfekte Unterkunft für Wintertage zwischen Skifahren, Natur und Rückzug. Parkplatz und E-Ladestation sind vorhanden.

2 Hatzl 度假公寓

Wir, die Familie Hatzl, heißen Sie auf unserem ehemaligen Biobauernhof in St. Peter am Wechsel herzlich willkommen. Unser Hof liegt direkt am Fuße des Wechsels. Das Anwesen besteht aus einer Erdgeschosswohnung und einer Obergeschosswohnung. Die Ferienwohnungen wurden von uns 2024 bis 2025 in liebevoller Handarbeit saniert. Durch die Holzbauweise fühlt man sich bereits nach ein paar Minuten wie zu Hause. Preis zzgl. Ortstaxe 2,50€/Person und Nacht (Ortstaxe bar in der Unterkunft zu bezahlen)

You immediately realise how special this house and this place are. 5 quarters nestle into the landscape - each facing south, overlooking the natural pond and offering plenty of personal space.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
