Die Stadthalle, die Lugner City (Einkaufszentrum) und ein Park sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch ein Schwimmbad (Stadthallenbad) ist ganz in der Nähe. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 30 Minuten. Es ist ein angenehmes Appartement mit schönem Außenbereich. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist direkt von der Straße betretbar.
