Deine Unterkunft ist ein separater Teil unseres Hauses und befindet sich in einem schönen ehemaligen amerikanischen Offiziersviertel. Du hast auf 35qm ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen bequemen(!) Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Künstlerwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Anliegerstraße, zwischen Darmstadt und Weiterstadt. Sie ist gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (RMV) angebunden. In unserer Strasse (ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuss) fährt der Bus alle 30 Minuten. Den F Bus erreicht man nach ca. 10 Minuten, dieser fährt alle 15 Minuten. Der Darmstädter HBF ist weniger als 2,5 Km entfernt. Ebenso die Anbindung zur Autobahn. Frankfurt erreichen Sie in 20 Min. Das Einkaufszentrum Loop 5 befindet sich in der näheren Umgebung.

Dieses Apartment bietet Platz für eine Familie mit 1-3 Kindern. Es gibt 1 Doppelbett (160 x 200 cm), 1 Etagenbett (80 x 200 cm), 1 Einzelbett (80 x 200 cm) incl. Bettwäsche. Das Badezimmer mit einer Dusche , Hand - und Duschtücher sind vorhanden. Die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet mit 2-Platten-Cerankochfeld, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle mit Grill, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze beim Haus. Für Haustiere nicht geeignet.

Centrally located in the historic center. Quiet, and bright. Note: Apt. is on the third floor (no elevator!). The 2 bedrooms are each at the end of the hallway. Well equipped eat-in kitchen. Sights, restaurants, and wine bars are very close. The pier on the Rhine is a few minutes walk away. Parking along the city wall by the highway. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (for 2 people each). In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people.
