There is one parking spot allotted to the condo. Our HOA does have age restrictions.

We have 2 parking spots located right in the garage. There is also an outdoor shower and deck! This homey feeling condo will have you making endless memories!

Both tv’s are smart, Hulu, Netflix etc.
