This stay also includes its very own nature trail! Come ready to see lots of wildlife and explore Southern Illinois! Our 2 treehouses are secluded but do share the same property!

Enjoy all the aspects of the lake with kayaks or paddle boards or rent a boat and house it at the private dock. Explore Shawnee National Forest, Ferne Clyffe or the Southern Illinois Wine Trail, all within 20-30 minutes of this home.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Everything you would want or need is there. Washer & Dryer, all cooking needs as well as dishes to include wine glasses and a couple bottles of Christmas Cheer! What a great place to stay while not on a cot at grandmas. Plenty of yard and even a Bocce Ball Court with the balls. Everyone will love the gas fireplace perfect for a cozy cup of eggnog and a throw. WiFi and TV services are excellent. Those Football games will show well.

Now it is a cozy two bedroom house with an open living and dining area, a bonus area with an additional sleeper loveseat, and a spacious patio. It is centrally located - just one block from the center of Carterville’s downtown - and easily accessible to many Southern Illinois activities and attractions.
