Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. These legends spent countless evenings on the church pew on the front porch picking, grinning and drinking moonshine.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION is the most wonderful feature of The Franklin Guest House! The guest house is about a 2 minute walk to Main Street. Our home is next door, and when my children were quite young; they were allowed to go to the shopping/dining area of Franklin by themselves. (Back then you could buy fried rice for 99 cents, plus Gray's Drugstore had penny candy!) Such a sweet place to raise a family! Even though stores have changed, the LOCATION is the same!

The cabin has been beautifully renovated to perserve the history and the quaint charm of a bygone era. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our cozy bunkhouse is minutes from historic Leiper's Fork, 20 minutes from popular downtown Franklin, and 45 minutes from Nashville. Located next to the Natchez Trace Parkway, our bunkhouse offers something for everyone! For hikers and cyclists, the Parkway provides miles of peaceful, low traffic walking trails and riding options along this scenic route.

Our very cool one bedroom apartment (950 sf) is above our 3 car garage. Our home is a 5 acre farm with chickens, sheep and gardens. If you come in the summer you can pick your own blueberries. There is a beautiful patio with a fireplace where is a pleasure to just seat and drink your coffee or a glass of wine. We really have the best of both worlds; peacefulness of country with the convenience of town!
