The Bluebell Farmhouse

The Bluebell is a farmhouse located on the rolling hills of Dry Ridge Kentucky. It has a wonderful front and back yard especially great for children. It has a charming dining area with a fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. There's a sunroom looking out into hay fields where deer and turkey regularly roam. Perfect for two couples, friends, or small families. The Ark Encounter and Kentucky Horse Park are 20min away. The Creation Museum is 45min away. The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

Williamstowns Toll House Can’t get closer to Ark.

My husband and I purchased this house in 2015 and have completely restored it. Built in 1915 this house served as a collection point for visitors traveling to Cynthinia KY. Our goal in renovating this house was to keep it as original as possible. The mantel, stairs, and the floors are original while everything else is in the house is new. The house is located close to Downtown Williamstown and less then 1.7 miles to the Ark Encounter.
