Our 2nd AirBnB cabin on the property has given us the experience to make this one great too! Rural, clean, and peaceful! It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

My husband and I purchased this house in 2015 and have completely restored it. Built in 1915 this house served as a collection point for visitors traveling to Cynthinia KY. Our goal in renovating this house was to keep it as original as possible. The mantel, stairs, and the floors are original while everything else is in the house is new. The house is located close to Downtown Williamstown and less then 1.7 miles to the Ark Encounter.
