Our backhouse studio is truly a hidden gem in Los Angeles! Located in a peaceful neighborhood block with plenty of parking, best Asian food nearby and beaches at a 20min drive. Away from the noise and business of LA life but close enough to all the action and fun when needed. Designed to create two specific areas, a cozy living room and a stylish room with plenty of natural light, but also blackout curtains for better sleep. The entrance has french doors that open up to a small potted garden.

Mini staycation away from home. 12 miles from the beach and LAX. 10 miles from several malls 7.5 miles from SoFi Staduim and Intuit Dome and Kia Forum. Walking distance from the park Features within the RV: King bed Queen bed Twin bed Microwave Frig Bath/shower Private master bdrm 2 TV connected to Amazon Firestick Internet access Access to large patio, firepit, child play area, Washer and dryer. Parking next to RV in driveway. Air conditioner and thermostat heater. Hot water. Owner on site.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Welcome to your peace for today. This is a cozy back unit with a Queen size bed, a day bed w/twin a trundle in the living room. Washer/Dryer to help if needed for those longer stays. Free to use the patio if needed. Silverware, pans pots and oven are available for use. Any special requests please don't hesitate to ask. We are here to help you feel comfortable during your stay. Unfortunately the unit is not wheelchair accessible at this time.

Clean sheets and towels await you after a tiring day of seeing the big city. Central to all freeways (110/10/105.) It is a great place for a family, weekend getaway, or a company trip. Pots and utensils included Tv/ Roku, Fridge, stove ,towels, coffee maker, toaster, and more. We created a smoke free. Parking included.

“Orchid” is my brand new guesthouse! Construction was completed in August 2023!! Guesthouse is located in the city of Gardena, just a few miles away from Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Pieer, Palos Verdes, Santa Monica, Venice Beach and many other wonderful tourists attractions. Also, San Diego Malibu. Laguna Beach Laguna Niguel, or in 1 to 2 hours away if you choose driving further down South. I am just a few minutes away and will advise and help with anything you need!!

The Forum, Sofi and Inuit Dome are only 10 minutes away!
