Amazing view of Banks Channel from the top floor porch/sunroom along with the back door stunning sunset view over the marsh and elementary school. Enjoy riding our bikes, paddling on provided kayaks in Banks Channel across the street, a jog around the famous 2.5 mi loop, or a fun day at the beach! Easy 10-minute walk or very short bike ride to the beach, bars, restaurants, coffee, shopping, and ice cream

Historic Downtown Wilmington

Enjoy downtown experience nightlife in stylish condo downtown Wilmington. Walk to restaurants and waterfront, 2 story unit with main living downstairs, upstairs a king size bed, seating unit with view of Cape Fear River bridge. Bar on 5th floor to party then to condo, can get very, very loud especially the weekends- late evening into 2 AM. Don't book if it will bother you. Ear plugs provided/sound machine, paid parking garage. Live Oak Bank Pavilion 22 min walk. No smoking, vaping or drugs.

Cape Fear River Condo cannot be beaten with its location! It's in the heart of downtown and a short walk to restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. The best feature of the space is the beautiful view from the balcony! Enjoy your morning coffee on the rocking chairs or end the night with a glass of wine while enjoying a fantastic sunset. We are dog friendly, but need to approve your pet ahead of time. Let us know if you are planning to bring a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.
