Bar on 5th floor to party then to condo, can get very, very loud especially the weekends- late evening into 2 AM. Don't book if it will bother you. Ear plugs provided/sound machine, paid parking garage. Live Oak Bank Pavilion 22 min walk. No smoking, vaping or drugs.

Less than a block to restaurants, antique shops, and cafés. Just a short walk (10-15 min) to all downtown has to offer, and a 15 min drive to the beach. I take great pride in sharing Wilmington’s hidden gems! Perfect for weekend getaways, vacations, or extended business stays.

The best feature of the space is the beautiful view from the balcony! Enjoy your morning coffee on the rocking chairs or end the night with a glass of wine while enjoying a fantastic sunset. We are dog friendly, but need to approve your pet ahead of time. Let us know if you are planning to bring a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.
