The expansive front windows and raised deck provide and incredible sunset view across the hills and dark sky lighting sets the stage for breathtaking starry skies. "Little Green" Cabin on 28 Acres near Wimberley

Little Haven is an official 28-acre wildlife preserve and family farm 6 miles north of Wimberley. We manage the land for song birds, owls and other raptors. We have horses, goats, chickens, dogs, and cats. You are welcome to hike and explore anywhere on the land. The sunsets are amazing, and star gazing is the best in Texas (Wimberley is one of only three certified "Dark Sky" cities in Texas). The Haybale Cabin is truly a retreat away from the city and the routine, yet a short drive to restaurants and the scenic attractions of the hill country. It has amazing views down the canyon from the outside fire pit, and the cabin’s eco hay bale construction is unique and keeps the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

I moved out to Wimberley in 2017 and fell in love with all that the land and nature had to offer. I loved it so much I decided to build Hawk's Hollow (an homage to the resident Red-shouldered hawk who resides here), as place for others to experience its magic.
