Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

Country Studio Cottage Sanctuary

Cozy, quiet studio cottage nestled on 1/3 acre of trees and surrounded by seasonal creeks. Indoor gas fireplace and full kitchen & large spacious deck. In Sonoma Wine Country, 12 minutes to downtown gourmet restaurants, and organic coffee houses. Take gorgeous backroads to Bodega Bay and Sonoma Coast. Nestle into the warm glow of a gas fireplace or watch for deer and wildlife from the deck or living room. This is a perfect retreat space for one or two people; it is not appropriate for parties.

The Perch

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch, our newly renovated room lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. We are on a country road near Healdsburg, Windsor, Russian River, Sebastopol, Santa Rosa, Calistoga, Sonoma & Napa valleys, wineries & beaches.

Casa de Gamay is your home away from home. We've strove to include all the amenities one would need. Start with a complete kitchen with a few items ready to cook for that last minute dinner. We have the spices and staples to help you create a marvelous meal. Sit down next to our gas fireplace and watch cable TV (Comcast with a voice controlled remote), DVD player, Netflix, Hulu. Charge your car in our EV station, and then sleep in a king sized bed. Doesn't get better.
