The unit does share a wall with the single family home. If we have guests occupying the house during your stay you may hear the other guests. The property is minutes from Downtown Mendocino. The studio was recently renovated it is light, bright and comfortable.

We DO NOT accept small children, as the space is not safe for little kids. The windows don't have screens, and the stairs are steep.
