Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

And the Country : moments from the peaceful K&A canal, river Avon, medieval tithe barn, atmospheric traditional pubs, quaint cafes and excellent restaurants. The pretty villages of Lacock & Castle Combe and Cumberwell Park Golf course are in easy reach.

A romantic and luxurious haven with free off-street car parking right outside and its own garden. Enjoy the comfort of a Super King bed, great shower room, luxury toiletries & stylish decor. Set in a 18th C. stone outbuilding, it is very quiet and independent . It has a kitchenette, not for home cooking but perfect to refrigerate & heat up food and make hot drinks. There are 2 great pubs within a short walking distance. This is the perfect nest for a visit to Bath, Longleat, Stonehenge & more.

This cosy, characterful cottage is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a delightful country getaway. Honeybee cottage is within walking distance of a train station, shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and beautiful countryside walks. A fantastic base to explore Bradford-on-Avon, the city of Bath and its historic surrounding areas such as Wells and the Cotswolds.

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

It's a 20 min drive to the UNESCO world heritage city of Bath & 6 mins to the beautiful town of Bradford on Avon with its canals, rivers & station.
