We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

Our place boasts a great location in downtown -5 blocks to Church St- restaurants, events, shopping and waterfront park, with the added benefit of a driveway for your car. Cozy and well appointed, our bright little apartment is a great respite from all that Burlington has to offer. Our street is a quiet, residential area adjacent in the downtown core. We are half a block from Battery Park, with live, open-air concerts on Thursday evenings during summer. You'll have the apartment to yourself.

The guesthouse is in a separate building located behind a single family home. It is a dual story building with a studio apartment on the second floor and a sitting/play area on the first. There is one queen sized bed, bathroom, kitchen, and living room area. We have been told the steps to the second floor are steep which may be difficult for some.
