‘Round the Bend Farm - private, modern cabin

Our newly built, modern cabin offers a secluded and relaxing retreat in Union, Maine. With the high ceilings, open floor plan, and many windows, guests are surrounded by natural light and forest views. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and an outdoor grill and fire pit. Walking trails connect the cabin to our farm next door, where you can visit with our horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, and ducks. We are just 25 minutes from the Midcoast's shops, restaurants, and beaches.

Tiny A-Frame Romantic Getaway

Camp Lupine is a brand new Luxury 400 sq ft Tiny A-Frame tucked away on a private wooded lot with a small stream just a quarter mile off Coastal Route 1. With Historic Wiscasset, Booth Bay, Bath, Freeport, and Portland all at your fingertips, it’s the perfect romantic getaway. Spend your days exploring coastal Maine and your nights soaking in the hot tub with a glass of Malbec. StreamSide Getaway- HOT TUB / AC/ Wi-Fi

The Streamside Getaway offers a luxurious glamping experience in a new solar and wind-powered Geodome. Equipped with custom furniture, new hot tub,luxury appliances, free high speed wifi, AC/Heat Unit and modern bathroom and kitchen facilities, guests can enjoy a homely and comfortable stay in nature. A glamping site built in 2022 offers a contactless check-in process with a custom key code. Additionally, we have added archery, axe throwing, and kayaks to enhance your outdoor activity!

Stella the Studio Apartment

Stella is a cabin-style, pet-friendly studio apartment on 100 acres of wooded property. Enjoy the property's amenities (trails, kayaking, canoeing, axe throwing, wood-fired pizza oven) and return to your comfortable space with a hot tub, power, heat, and plumbing! Stella is located at the start of the land, above our storage building, has plenty of parking and can be reached with 2wd vehicles. This is a new space, exterior is unfinished. The hot tub is an Aqualiving 3 person lounge!

SILVER MOON, a Yurt for All Seasons

Silver Moon at The Appleton Retreat is quite private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt features a private therapeutic hot tub on the wrap around deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. Silver Moon is located in a wooded area close to a bog that attracts a variety of wildlife. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

Brook Ridge Retreat

Work, play, & relax at Brook Ridge Retreat! Come visit your Colby or Thomas College student and have the comforts of home. Do some grilling or cook up a favorite meal in the full kitchen. Remotely connect to work or school at our custom-made desk and dedicated office area with wireless printer and available computer monitor. Splash in the brook or in the basin, and sit under the waterfalls. WiFi, firepit, Keurig or french press, electric fireplace, large decks, & big yard.

Timeless Tides Cottage

This comfortable 2 bedroom, one bathroom, A-frame pine cottage is set on its own point with 350 feet of waterfront! Cook out on the grill, lounge on the deck or dock while taking in the wildlife on a beautiful tidal river. Watch nesting Bald Eagles and Great Blue Herons fishing! There is plenty of sight-seeing in this picturesque area. Rockland is just 10-minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries, lighthouses and festivals.

Visit Beautiful Home on Snow Pond

Belgrade Lakes, Maine's premiere lakes region. Beautiful, four season home on 9 mile long, Messalonskee Lake also known as, Snow Pond. Come to experience life the way it should be. Sunrise view, from master bedroom and lakeside deck surrounded by undeveloped wooded shoreline. Swim, canoe and kayak from private dock. Loons, eagles, osprey, and beavers can be your neighbors for a relaxing week at the lake. Open concept kitchen dinning and living room.

Modern Home on Working Farm

Modern duplex built recently across the street from a small berry and vegetable farm. This fully furnished home has a large deck with a great view. It is located 2.5 miles from Freedom village and the Lost Kitchen restaurant. It is also 8 miles from Unity College, and the Common Ground Fair fairgrounds. This single story building has a ramp, but it is slightly steeper then current standards. The inside is also laid out for wheelchair access.

Relax, enjoy the breathtaking views, and take time to hear yourself think. 10 minutes from downtown Belgrade Lakes & public beaches on Long Pond & Great Pond. Close to Kennebec hiking trails, snowmobile trails, Farmington & Augusta. 1 hr south of ski resorts. Great for stopping for 1 night or for taking a week to escape from the world.
