Small and cozy, this 2 bedroom (+ loft) space can comfortably accommodate 5, but it should be noted that there's only 1 full bathroom! The location is perfect: it's quiet and serene while only being minutes from downtown Winter Park and two miles from the WP Resort. Vasquez Road is .4 miles from the front door to access everything the National Forest has to offer (hiking, snowshoe excursions, mountain biking)

The City of Winter Park has trains going through the town, which adds to the charm. We love pets/dogs! 2 or more dogs require extra $10 per dog one-time cleaning fee.

Enjoy the convenience of the winter ski shuttle (Blue line) behind the building for a 15-minute ride to Winter Park Ski Resort.

You're steps from terrific shops, bars, and restaurants. Right outside the condo is the free bus stop to world-class skiing at Winter Park. It is a 3-minute bus ride and frequents every 15 minutes in the winter. Free covered parking is included on a first-come basis. All new kitchen appliances installed in February 2024! Note: There's no A/C in the unit, but there is an evaporative cooler to help keep the unit cool in summer.
