410 Bluff Street is the upstairs of a comfortable home overlooking the Chewuch River located three blocks from downtown Winthrop. It is a private and quiet space with large windows providing generous views of the river habitat. With a deck overlooking the river below, this space offers the unique combination of intimacy with nature and the convenience of town living. Lakeview Lodge

Lakeview Lodge is located above the office/store of Silverline Lakeside Resort on Pearrygin Lake. Formerly the Owner's Quarters, it is a spacious two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment, with full kitchen, dining, and laundry. Views of both Pearrygin Lake and Mt. Gardener can be found throughout the apartment. Equipped with two king beds and a set of twin bunks, Lakeview Lodge comfortably accommodates six people. There is parking for two vehicles, one covered space and one uncovered.

Chelan Resort Suites #411 It is located within a 3 minute walk to a lovely swimming beach and picnic area at "Lakeside Park" located in front of the building. It is 2 miles from downtown Chelan, minutes to Slidewater's Water Park, wineries and restaurants. Relax on the balcony where you can enjoy the lake & mountain views, the 4th of July and New Year's Eve fireworks. Enjoy relaxing in the in door on site pool and hot tub. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace and washer and dryer.

Bright 1BR Retreat with On Methow Trail Ski-In/Out

Wake up to ridge and open-field views from this new, high-ceiling 1BR at Wolfridge. You’re on the Methow Community Ski Trail, which becomes part of the Methow Valley Trails bike network in summer. Riverside Avenue Retreat(a legal, licensed nightly rental with a current Okanogan County health permit as required by law) is located right in the heart of downtown Winthrop, and is close to the old western boardwalk, shops and eateries. It is a complete apartment suite where you can stay for awhile. There is a King bed, a gorgeous fireplace setting, Smart TV and a comfortable Queen size sofa sleeper, and so much more. Shared parking is available behind building.

Wapato Point Resort - 1 Bedroom Condo New Remodel

This is a 1 bedroom condo at Lake Chelan's Wapato Point Resort. It was just completely remodeled in 2024. There is lots to do at this 116 acre resort: tennis, pickleball, biking, 7 (seasonal) outdoor pools, indoor pool and hot tub, miniature golf, playgrounds, basketball & shuffleboard courts, and an onsite winery. A golf course, casino and shopping are all just minutes away. I do also have other condos available, if you need to accommodate a larger group.

Lake Chelan Shores

Create memories at the iconic Lake Chelan Shores waterfront resort minutes from downtown Chelan, wineries and the lake! This two bedroom, two bathroom spacious condo works well for couples or families. Full kitchen and spacious living room with pull out sofa. Complete access to pools, hot tubs, basketball court, playground, swimming in the lake, boat launch, watercraft rental (seasonal), horseshoe pit, racquetball and pickleball courts.

The Studio, Ski and Hike Right Out Your Door

This ground-floor studio apartment opens onto wooded grounds and lawn below towering Goat Wall, at the base of the North Cascades Mountains. Attached to the separately rented Big House rental, with its own, separate entrance. Just a short drive from miles of mountain biking, hiking and Nordic ski trails. Ski and hike out your door! North Cascades Nat'l Park is ~45 minutes drive, accessed by Highway 20 in the summer.
