Also, you may park your boat free of charge if you're planning a relaxing day at one of the lakes nearby.

You'll find total privacy in our cozy cottage hideaway located in a shady garden courtyard. Off-street parking and lockbox access are provided for easy guest check in. We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. NOTE: We follow recommended Covid-19 cleaning procedures at all times.

Quant, lock off one bedroom guest suite in beautiful neighborhood in Merced! -Separate entrance - Entire suite - 1 bed 1 bath with a living room, kitchen and a laundry room - Beautifully decorated - Clean and cozy The guest suite shares 2 common walls with the main house which are not soundproofed. Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

The Cottage on Central

Come enjoy peaceful country living in the beautiful Central Valley. Our recently completed tiny home is located behind our main house, but is outside the main yard so you will have privacy. The cottage is surrounded by dirt at the moment, but we have plans for some beautiful landscaping in the near future. The cottage is 1/2 mile off Highway 99 and just a few miles from Atwater’s plentiful shopping and restaurants.
