Lovely lakeside home w/expansive views of Lake Iroquois! Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home with high-end finishes, hardwood, and slate floors. Relaxing great room, full kitchen, dining room, one-bedroom, and 1/2 bath on the first level. The entire upper level is devoted to a bedroom suite and features its own balcony, an oversized bathroom with a tiled shower, and a soaking tub. 2 kayaks and a canoe are available to explore the lake! 20 min. to Burlington. Located directly on Lake Dunmore, our home is the perfect house to catch the sun glistening on the lake. With 2 bedrooms, it can comfortably sleep up to 2 families of 4, easily split between the upper and lower level with the main/deck level in between. Tons of family fun to be had: pool table, foosball, hot tub, games/toys, stocked kitchen, a deck and dock overlooking the pristine mountain lake and minutes to Branbury State Park's Beach. Nay's Lake House has mini split cooling and heating.

Bring your own fishing gear and fish right off of the dock(summer months). Just a few miles from several VT State parks, 30 minutes to Burlington,30 minutes to Smuggs.

Super secluded, quiet lakeside cape, Sugar Hill Area. A true winter wonderland in the winter months, with access to Cannon Mountain, Loon and Bretton Woods. Quirky house originally built in 1810 and added onto in the late 1800s. This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

Use our canoe or kayaks! Plus, Hill Farmstead Brewery is a short drive away. Beers there are rated best in the world!
