High ceilings. 1 covered standard car parking. 5 minutes to the Westfield mall and Village with great restaurants and shopping, 35 min. to downtown, 35 min to the beach and wineries. 1 small dog allowed $75 fee. No parties, smoking, meetings, business.

Cozy 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Apartment

Quiet, comfortable 1 bedroom with private bathroom, living room, kitchen and private balcony. My little cat MauMau lives here. She is approx. 7 years old. Please don't ask me to remove my cat. She is a rescue and this is her apartment. I will come by 2 times a day to take care of her. I will respect your privacy but please understand I will come by. 1 block away from Santa Monica for short or longer stays. fans, heater, WIFI, coin washer/dryer in the building, easy access to city and beach.

Enjoy being away from the city but still close in a beautiful modern studio with spectacular views of the Malibu ridge. We are extremely lucky that our canyon was saved from the January fires. This studio unit is attached to my house with a completely separate entrance and pathway giving you total privacy. 5mn walk from Topanga hiking trails (biggest enclosed natural park in a city in the world) 10 mn from Topanga beach , 20 mn to Santa Monica and 20 minutes to Woodland Hills. 420 friendly!

We do not allow smoking or any drug use anywhere on the property and unfortunately we can not accommodate pets.
