Das Studio Ahoi ist eines von drei Appartements in unserem Gästehaus. Ruhig gelegen, ist es nur wenige Gehminuten vom Ortskern und vom Wörthersee entfernt. Das Studio ist ca. 25m2 groß und bietet mit Doppelbett, Küche und Balkon Platz für 2 Personen. Der eklektische Mix aus maritimem Thema, antiken Möbeln und moderner Kunst machen das Studio zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Unsere Bar für Kaffee und Drinks befindet sich im Erdgeschoß. Der große Garten steht allen unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

Schönes Apartment in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee

Das Apartment ist hell und freundlich. Es gibt einen Wohn/Schlafraum mit Balkon, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Garten der benutzt werden kann. Die Bushaltestelle, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Arzt, Apotheke, Friseur, Fitnessstudio, Kaffeehaus...sind 3 bis 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ins Zentrum und zum Krankenhaus fährt man 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich sehr für längere Aufenthalte. Der gratis Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich südlich von Klagenfurt im wunderschönen Rosental direkt am Drauradweg und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten. Neben den bekannten Ausflugszielen in der Region wie der Tscheppaschlucht, dem Bodental oder mehreren Badeteichen befindet sich auch der Wörthersee und die Klagenfurter 28 Black Arena (Wörthersee Stadion) in gut erreichbarer Nähe.

Das Forsthaus Gradisch wurde 2022 auf höchstem Niveau renoviert. Kurze Fahrzeiten zu den Kärntner Skigebieten: Gerlitzen 20 Min; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 Min; Turracherhöhe 35 Min und zum Wörthersee und Ossiachersee jeweils 15 Min. Die große Zirbenstube sowie das mit Erdwärme beheizte Pool, eine kleine Sauna, die Designer-Küche und ein Billardtisch sind die Highlights dieses Hauses.
