The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Das Apartment ist hell und freundlich. Es gibt einen Wohn/Schlafraum mit Balkon, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Garten der benutzt werden kann. Die Bushaltestelle, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Arzt, Apotheke, Friseur, Fitnessstudio, Kaffeehaus...sind 3 bis 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ins Zentrum und zum Krankenhaus fährt man 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich sehr für längere Aufenthalte. Der gratis Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus.
