Bike, fish, kayak, paddle, run, skateboard, walk to UNCW. Observe tidal events, watch animals & birds, chill, relax, go surf, practice yoga on deck, pier & grass! The pool has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful! This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise. This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

“25 West" downstairs unit. This 2 bedroom 1 bath is just a stones throw from Banks Channel and a very short walk to the ocean and Johnny Mercer's fishing pier. Several restaurants and watering holes within walking distance as well. Bring your paddle boards (or rent nearby) for easy access to Banks Channel just at the end of the street. The upstairs unit is 3 bed 2 bath and is available for booking as well.
