Logement situé dans le centre-bourg du village, proche des commerces (boulangerie, marché, boucherie, tabac-presse, restaurant, banque...). Parking gratuit à proximité. À 20 min en voiture d'Angoulême, plusieurs bus dans la journée

Vous séjournerez à 20 km d'Angoulême et 12 km de La Rochefoucauld (15 km de la gare TGV d'Angoulême) La maison bénéficie d'une cuisine équipée (Frigo, four, micro-onde, machine à café, bouilloire) de la wifi gratuite et d'une place de parking Lors de votre séjour, vous pourrez faire des promenades à pieds dans la campagne environnante. Nous ne comptons pas de frais de ménage, nous attendons une participation de votre part

Détendez-vous dans ce studio calme et reposant. Petit-déjeuner inclus. Profitez d'une partie du jardin, avec table et chaises pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou l'apéro en extérieur. Vous profiterez d'une entrée privative, d'une salle de douche, de WC, et d'une chambre avec un lit double, un dressing, une table et deux chaises, quelques livres et BD, une smart TV. A votre disposition également : un frigo, une bouilloire, une Senseo, vaisselle, couverts, café, thé, boissons. Pas de cuisine.

This idyllic French stone house can sleep up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with a woodburner, a fitted kitchen with a large dining table and two shower rooms, one on each floor. The rear bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the garden with a ruined abbey and the Charentaise countryside beyond. Outside there's a summer kitchen, a small terrace and a lawned garden. The village has a delightful cake shop, a popular restaurant, artisanal stores and a museum.
