Beachside Retreat

On a quiet and leafy street 250 m from the beach, Lyn and Ulf welcome you to our two-room studio with terrace. It is attached to the main house, but there are no common areas. It includes a covered carport, a spacious bedroom with en-suite, a lounge/kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. The terrace, is designed for outdoor dining and equipped with a barbeque. We welcome infants and toddlers under 2 years old and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request

The Bunkhouse is a beautifully renovated and modern 2 Bedroom cottage situated on peaceful 10 acres surrounded by grazing farmland. Only 10 km's to the centre of Busselton and a short 25-30 min drive to Margaret River. The Bunkhouse is fully self contained and is approx 30 metres away from the main farm house so is very private. Enjoy a glass of wine while roasting marshmellows around the campfire and take in the amazing starry night sky which is unaffected by light pollution.

PLEASE NOTE: As of Feb 1st we are are renovating the family home.This is seperate from the studio we offer for Airbnb but there will be some noise throughout the day and building supplies in the back yard. Also street parking outside the house would be required. We offer a reduced rate for those interested. Treat yourself to your own Hamptons by the bay. Come down south in the off season. This is an established farming property which I have owned for three decades. It is an easy drive 2 hours south from Perth. Close to all attractions; jetty, golf course, breweries and wineries of course. All takeaways are minutes away from the farm door. It offers you the best of both worlds. This is a registered B&B with the City of BUSSELTON since 2019.

A new house that is only a two and half hour drive from Perth. The iconic Busselton jetty is a quick 5 minute drive. There are local shops within walking distance (approx 600m). You are also very close to all of the South Wests tourist attractions. A short drive takes you to Margaret River, stunning sunsets over the ocean in Yallingup or Dunsborough.
