Beals ME Oceanview Sunset Quiet Lobster Apartment

This cozy, spacious garage apartment located on Beals Island, Maine sits beside our family's lobster pound. The apartment offers: comfortable sleeping spaces, full, modern kitchen, bathroom with shower, washer/dryer, internet, Roku, DVD player, access to an outside lobster trap table & benches directly beside the ocean - where you can see lobster boats coming and going - close proxmity to trails (can walk to Seaduck Point Trail from the apartment), short drive to convenience & grocery stores

Express Studio Units- no range

Express over night studio units. Approx 450 sq ft. No electric ranges but the kitchenette provides double hot plate, convection oven, and microwave. Smaller size fridge included. 65" TV, Netflix only. Wifi is included. Sit down shower. Everything is wheel chair accessible. Walls are 11" including 6" concrete for exterior and dividing walls. Very quiet. Mattresses are $2000+ Stearns/Foster queen. The couch folds out into a second bed but isn't very comfortable. Great palce for short term stay.

Schoodic apartment

Tastefully decorated and well maintained older apartment that is located a little over a mile from the Schoodic section of Acadia National Park where you can bike or hike the trails. What you see in the pictures is what you get. We have been renting to tourists for well over twenty years now. It's not quite all-inclusive but stocked with everything we can think of that you may forgotten or need to get your vacation started. It is perfect for thrifty travelers like ourselves.

Columbia Falls General Store

At the head-of-the-tide on the Pleasant River, Columbia Falls is one of the prettiest villages in Downeast Maine. Our quiet, spacious one-bedroom apartment occupies the entirety of the third floor in the village's historic General Store, right next door to the national landmark Ruggles House. Abundant light from large east- and west-facing windows fills the central corridor and large living area. A perfect base for exploring the islands, woods, and waters of the Downeast coast.

Local hike and swimming ponds with beaches are within 10 min as well. This is a waterfront property on Flanders Bay, a peaceful and calm bay perfect for kayaking with the 2 kayaks I make available. The studio has everything ready for you to enjoy! Come relax and enjoy all that this Downeast location has to offer!
