Bayview Cottage on the Atlantic

Nestled at the head of Pigeon Hill Bay, our cottage is surrounded by 20 acres of fields, marshland, private walking paths, and a private pebble beach on the ocean with views of the Atlantic. Acadia National Park is nearby (1 hour plus) or take the ferry (20 minutes away) to BarHarbor. Acadia Park Schoodic Point is a must see (20 minutes). Enjoy our kayaks, our recommended day trips, blueberry picking, visiting white-tailed deer. For a full week stay we serve a lobster shore dinner for two.

Ocean View Cabin #1

Newly renovated cabin with kitchenette and queen size bed located on site at The Wheelhouse Seafood and Pasta in Belliveaus Cove. Sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful Saint Mary's Bay ocean view sunset from your patio. The cabin is within walking distance of Belliveau Cove Municipal Park. The park features a 5km walking trail, a craft center, and a light house. Between May and September the park also hosts a Farmers Market on Saturday's from 10am to 2pm. During low tide you can dig for clams!

Victorian Ocean front Cottage

Relax in a country comfortable atmosphere and savor the magnificent view of the ocean from your spacious living room. Your deck has a magnificent view of the ocean that has the highest tides in the world and comes complete with Adirondack chairs and a dining area allowing you to sit back and enjoy the fresh salt air and the magnificent view. This cottages is also wheelchair accessible. Their are two other cottages on the property. Our Nautical theme cottage and our Contemporary themed cottage.

The Cottage

A rustic cottage in the middle of Darthia Farm. The farm sits along the shore of West Bay and a short trail brings you from the cottage to the salt water. We grow organic mixed veggies and fruit, raise sheep, ducks, chickens, pigs, and work with Haflinger horses. Our farm store that is open everyday except Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. The property is 15 minutes away from the Schoodic Section of Acadia and is surronded is by countless hiking trails and access to fresh and salt water.

Grace Cottage STR2627D8013

This quiet rural setting on the Lighthouse Route offers an expansive waterfront just steps from the deck with panoramic views from everywhere on the property. Just 10 minutes from the town of Shelburne ( historic loyalist settlement)/and close to many white sand beaches.The cottage is fronted by Pierce’s Beach, a usable rock sand beach, boasting at times some spectacular waves. Fronted by ever changing traffic on Shelburne Harbour. Even inclement weather presents for striking photo ops.

Adventure Cabin too!

Kick back and relax in this spacious lakeside heat pump, infloor heated cottage, new August 2023. The separate bedroom with queen bed, has a beautiful barn slide door. The main living area has a queen sofa couch. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets or a campfire by the lake . For your added pleasure is a six man, hot tub, nestled in the woods under a beautiful gazebo - shared with one (2 person) cottage. Free use of kayaks, paddle boards, mountain bikes, swim in the lake, or enjoy leisure walks.

The Beach House (private hot tub and sauna)

We would like to share this piece of our paradise with you, located on a peaceful, crystal clear lake. Acres of land, a sandy beach hidden behind a well-groomed property sprinkled with beautiful tall trees disappearing into the Acadian forest. Includes: private hot tub and firepit, shared sauna, cold plunge, lake access, public wood fired hot tub (great for groups when booking one than more cabin) canoe, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat, sandy beach, floating mat and more.

Oceanfront home with breathtaking view in Upper Port La Tour. Great large fenced backyard for your pets! Enjoy over 6 acres of privacy, this is a place to unwind, the perfect getaway for couples. If you love bird watching, you have come to the right spot. During migration, up to 40 species of birds have been identified by Merlin. Take your pick of two decks to enjoy the spectacular view or relax on the patio out back. This cottage is for the exclusive use of those who reserve it. No visitors permitted. The one-level cottage features a spacious open concept and comfortable seating area, plus a unique driftwood bed.

Peak Season (July & August 2027): Weekly rentals only, Sunday arrival/departure. Enjoy this charming cedar-shingled cottage with 1,850 sq. ft. of single-level living. Enjoy kayaking and paddle boating in this calm lake for hours while exploring or stay right on the property enjoying bbq'ing, camp fires, and admiring the scenery. Located only 12 minutes from the Town of Shelburne. Cottage includes everything you will need to enjoy your stay including wifi, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a Keurig.
