We only accept well- behaved and house- trained dogs, no other pets are allowed for a fee of $75.00 per dog per stay.

Bailiwick Cottage is a cozy, private cottage that looks south down Freeport (Harraseeket) Harbor in Freeport, ME. It is a 4 season accommodation that is close to Freeport shopping, Portland eating, and the Adventure Schools of LL Bean. The cottage sits approximately 50 yards from our main house, has its own parking space and patio, and offers the ability to come and go as you wish. We have had 12 honeymoons in the cottage. Brand new Cozy Cabin on a small 181 acre pond. Enjoy the cabin feel of knotty pine and a big country porch overlooking the water. Walk in access to the water or ice in the winter. Rare, Portland waterfront studio located in the heart of the historic Stroudwater neighborhood, awaits one or two guests looking for an urban hideaway. The studio occupies a 150 year old post and beam barn situated on the banks of the Stroudwater and Fore Rivers. Enjoy morning coffee on the river swing, meditate to the soothing sound of the nearby waterfall or linger over your favorite beverage in one of our comfy Adirondacks.

A studio built in 1920 turned one-bedroom Guest Cottage, full of charm, on Peaks Island. Within 5 minutes walking distance to the ferry, restaurants, beaches and "Down Front" shops. Perfect for 1-2 people and possibly a third. The 500 square foot Cottage is an off-the-beaten-path Maine experience. Peaks Island is an 18 min ferry ride from Portland.
