Hola y bienvenidos to our newly renovated home just 5 mins from Puerto Nuevo & Los Tubos beaches. This beautiful spacious 5 bedroom home is comfortable, clean & bright. House is stocked with card/board games & beach amenities. Starlink internet for those that must still do some work while they play. A/C units in each room. Generator & cistern so if the power is interrupted your work & paradise experience won't be. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Primer piso. La propiedad esta ubicada bien cercana a la playa de Puerto Nuevo 3- 4 min conduciendo. Recomiendo alquile carro. La propiedad cuenta con placas solares. Puede disfrutar de una playa privada al cruzar la calle a 7 min caminando, playa para surfers, tomar sol y tener un dia privado, familiar. Restaurantes cerca, ojo de agua y laguna de tortuguero, Nota importante; No tenemos aire central, solo aires en los cuartos, abanico en la sala. No es frente al mar.

Apartmen is located on a gated community of only 12 properties, with access to a beach known as Zarapa. Zarapa is known as a surfing spot by the local with a rocky shore. Excellent location in Vega Baja near grocery stores, pharmacy and the best beaches of our area.
