The Lavender House is walking distance from downtown Yellow Springs. The house has a comfy, lived in quality with brightly colored rooms. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, spices, condiments. There is a dining room, a full bath upstairs and a downstairs toilet. The living room/bedroom has a queen sized sleeper couch. There is a private back deck for outdoor dining and hanging out. Pets are welcome ($20 per pet) though the yard is not completely fenced in. You have complete privacy here.

There are several outdoor spaces to relax; the back yard leads to a large fishing hole along Massie Creek. This house truly has it all!

It is all new, opened in June 2018. Just a few blocks from downtown, bikeway, Yellow Springs Brewery, Mills Park Hotel, Little Art Theater, and more.
