Cozy Summerhouse by the River

Characteristic Summerhouse with a big private backyard that has a terrace, BBQ, a hammock and of course a ping-pong table with BIKES & FISHING ROD included in the rent. Located only a couple of minutes walk from a small sandy beach in the pristine Kemijoki, the biggest river of Finland. A perfect relaxation base where you can let the Midnight Sun sink in. I have had the house for rent during winter for many seasons, you can find & check the reviews on my profile (one with igloo as cover)!

Idyllic Villa Puistola &Sauna near Santa's Village

Kotimme on uusi omakotitalo Kemijoen rannalla, 12 km Rovaniemeltä Kemin suuntaan. Talo on luonnonkauniilla, rauhallisella alueella. Kodissamme on kaikki nykyaikaiset tilat ja laitteet, automaattinen lämmitys ja ilmastointi. Sauna, kylpyhuone ja WC, ilmainen WIFI, pyykinpesu/kuivauskone, astianpesukone, induktioliesi/uuni, takka jne. Avoin terassi Kemijoen suuntaan. Kotimme on suurenmoinen erityisesti lapsiperheille. Tilava ja rauhallinen piha antaa lapsille mahdollisuuden ulkoiluun.

Viihtyisä, moderni talo, aidossa maaseutu ympäristössä. Vanhoja pihakoivuja, puro ihan talon takana, johon voi pulahtaa uimaan. Iso aurinkoinen piha, esim. piha peleihin. Talo remontoitu 2022. Modernit tilat+hyvä varustetaso. Hyvät uudet parisänky ja erillisvuoteet + sohva. HOX! Perushinta ei sisällä liinavaatteita, eikä kylpypyyhkeitä. Talvella ulkosauna vain tilattuna . Palju 120€/ 8 tuntia. Naapureita ei välittömässä läheisyydessä. Hyvä kohde rauhallista paikkaa etsivälle.

Arctic Home in Santa's city

Our wooden house is a hidden gem in idyllic residential neighbourhood, only 700 meters from downtown! It is a charming high-quality cabin up to 4 persons (kitchen, large bathroom with sauna, fireplace). City sights and shopping are within a walking distance! Unique arctic park (with museum Arktikum) along the river is only 200 meters away. Our family lives on the other side of the garden so you can enjoy genuine Finnish lifestyle here. Lake view cabin

Our peaceful remote cabin offers you everyhting you might need to let go off your stress and experince the best in Lapland. Beautiful views, traditional sauna experience, and sitting by the bonfire is included in the price. Good spot to see the northern lights. Summertime is also full of activities, rowning around an island, fishing (lots of pike), berries, nightless nights etc. We are located 25 km from the center of Rovaniemi, in the most amazing spot you can find in the area.

Captains cabin

Captains Cabin is a separate part of my house. Made for 2 person, but 4 can sleep in 2 doubble beds. 2 room. own entre. own bathroom, showercabin and wc. Mini kitchen. Free parking with electric for car heater. acces to washing machine and dryer. acces to garden with fireplace + gasgrill. living room 10,7 m2 Bed room 7,6 m2 Bathroom 3,3 m2 Total area 21,6 m2 It is located 3 km from city center, close to bus stop for local bus. I speak only English and Swedish.

Glamping in Aurora Igloo

Experience our unique Aurora igloo. Clamping near the city centre but still next to the forest. See and feel the frost around you but enjoy the warmness of the real fire and down blanket. Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.

Viehättävä hirsimökki Kemijoen rannalla

Rentoudu kauniin Kemijoen varrella sympaattisessa vuodelta 1811 hirsimökissä. Remontoitu nykyaikaisin mukavuuksin v.2021. Pihanavetassa uusi sauna/wc ja grillitupa sekä saunaterassi . Saunan jälkeen pulahda hiekkarannalta Kemijoen raikkaaseen veteen. Rannalla toinen sauna sekä palju, vuokrattavissa erikseen kesäaikaan, sekä huvimaja grillauspaikka ja soutuvene. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat hintaan Maaseudun hiljaisuudessa sielu lepää!

Rauhala, Lake Cottage

Authentic Finnish cabin, situated by a lake, in the privacy of a forest with no light pollution. Enjoy auroras with sauna, and a cold bath in the frozen lake Has electrical heating with a fireplace, BBQ building, unlimited warm water, Incinerating toilet You can reach the cabin via 10km of dirt road, (20km Rvn). Due to irregular road maintenance and unpredictable weather, a 4 wheel drive car is recommended. We can also offer transportation.
