The 35 sq.m. studio is located in Pagrati at Rizari height, in a busy and popular street. At 850 m. the subway Evangelismos and 1200 m. Syntagma. Its location is very safe, but with the possibility of street noise. In a popular neighborhood with restaurants, cafes and shops, with tourists and visitors Acropolis is 2km and the route is fun, safe, between attractions such as the Panathenaic stadium of the first Olympics & the Temple of Zeus! Extra 15euro charge for 2nd set of linen for the couch

This renovated room is completely private, with it's own entance, balcony and bathroom. It is equipped with a comfortable single bed (towels and linen provided), a big desk, a mini-fridge, A/C and a spacious closet for all your stuff. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet, with stores that can provide you with just about anything , yet within walking distance for all major sites and the city buzz. Closest metro/bus station is EVANGELISMOS, which is less than 10 minutes away on foot.

Close to the center of Athens, the station of metro in Monastiraki is 5 station far away from Moschato station (in the green line-M1). Moreover, Moschato is near with only 2 station far away from Pireaus station and there you can take a ship for a variety of greek islands. In a heartbeat away from Moschato you find Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center and further little port in Kastela city.

The bus station from where you can get all these buses is only 100m away from the apartment and the ride with all of the aforementioned bus lines usually doesn’t last more than 20 minutes. Also the apartment is close to banks, ATMs, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and super markets.
