Inside, a welcoming space, nicely furnished, a well-stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi and printer. Everything you need for an extended business trip or a base of operations for a perfect weekend getaway or an Athletics game.

South Woodland 3 Bdrm Charmer, close to UCD

Three bedroom house that comfortably sleeps 6, could fit in 10. We are in south woodland, a quick 15 min drive to Davis, 15 min drive to Sacramento Airport and only 0.4 miles to Woodland Memorial Hospital. No carpet at the house, just a couple of removable rugs for those who may be concerned with dust We have a spacious yard with a pergola and a gas BBQ. Absolutely no parties or loud gatherings.

Our 550 SF private studio is a short drive from the UC Davis campus and walking distance from two bus lines. This studio is located on top of a garage detached from our main house. Many different kinds of fruit trees are available for the guests to enjoy. There are washer/dryer and bikes are inside the garage for the guests to use. High speed internet and TV cable channels are through Xfinity.
