Enjoy the beautiful town of Wells in a completely renovated 25-ft camper on a private lot just 1.5 miles from Ogunquit Beach and walking distance from a trolley stop. Set on a secluded, fenced lot, relax outside on the deck, fire pit (FREE firewood), and plenty of lawn to run. It has a queen size bed, a reclining sleeper chair, and a fold down dinette for more guests or kids! It has AC and heat for comfort. This adorable RV has been thoughtfully modernized with all the comforts of home in mind!

Welcome to a truly unique stay! Our property is home to two special ventures—our goat rental business, Scapegoats, and our nonprofit animal sanctuary, Mousam Misfits. While goats are part of the charm, they’re just the beginning—you may also see a variety of rescued animals during your visit. If you love animals and a one-of-a-kind experience, you’ll feel right at home here! We are about 150 ft from the Mousam River, and guests have access to kayaks (for free!) BTW***WE LOVE CANADIANS!! 🇨🇦

Tiny House Camper - Trail Access!

Nestled between Portland's fine dining and Sebago's outdoor fun, the Tiny House Camper is a great spot to explore what Southern Maine has to offer. Located with direct access to the Sebago to the Sea Trail - 28 miles of walking & biking paths. This Vintage Camper is a newly renovated relic in downtown Dover. You can walk to Henry Law Park in 6min or any downtown restaurants & shops under 10min. There's updated plumbing, electric and fresh paint. It has a dining nook, full-size bed, toilet, and mini kitchen. There's an outdoor grill, fire pit, and outdoor hot water shower– unlike boondocking, this vintage camper rests in a private, fenced-in glampyard oasis with water, electric and free parking.

Enjoy a peaceful stay in our artfully designed, eco-friendly, cozy camper. The 5th wheel camper is set back from the main house near the duck pond, well-manicured, shared backyard. Drive 10 minutes to Portland for the best food in the world. Close to Portland Jetport, Higgins Beach, Portland Headlight, and Peaks Island. Comforts include a Queen bed, sleeper sofa, kitchen, bathroom, shower, handmade ceramics, books, and coffee.

We are just a few short minutes to the beaches and shops in Kennebunkport as well as a large variety of restaurants. There is a $25/stay pet fee. A Pak & Play is available for a $25/stay fee.

Beautiful 33 foot rockwood ultra lite 2706ws with tons of space and all the bells and whistles. I can deliver to a camp ground if you so choose, but there is a delivery fee/pickup fee.
