The space is part of our home (the bottom floor) w/ private entry & a LOT of room. Not a time share disguised as your own space- and no sales pitches either.

The views are spectacular! Keep an eye out for osprey and dolphins as you enjoy watching the sunrise and set over the water. There is plenty to do! Relax in the salt water pool overlooking the water, bring a pole & fish and crab right off of the private dock, or venture out on the kayaks. 16 ton boat lift, Jet ski lifts.

You have your own PRIVATE dock (sink w/fresh water), beach area, 2 kayaks, fire pit, Charcoal BBQ, games and large grassy backyard. Perfect for riverfront fun, sunsets and making memories.
