Each suite has a private entrance, wi-fi, tv, individual climate control, and parking. Unwind on the two-tiered porch or sit by the cozy outdoor fire pit. The property owner lives on site.

This home includes 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 2 living rooms, a formal dining room, 150 ft dock with 40 ft floating, a small sandy beach, and a 9 person hot tub. The lower floor is self-contained, but accessible with its own kitchen, living room, king bed and full bath. All floors have beautiful views of the Chesapeake Bay.

The upstairs living room is a perfect place for the kids while the adults enjoy the lower area. You find our place warm, cozy and quiet.

The Beach House is a lovely two story beach cottage, which overlooks the head of the Chesapeake Bay. The beach is seconds from the front door and all guests have beach and water access to Red Point Beach. Guests may also enjoy access to the dock and boat ramp. The house has been recently renovated and with its open floor plan it is perfect for housing families and groups. We no longer accept pets and we do not allow events.
