Horton farm cottage located on 40 acres.

Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

Beautiful hand crafted log house on six acres with a year-round creek. The home is 4175 square feet with 30 foot ceilings and a wrap-around deck with sitting areas. Near to Grass Valley, Nevada City, Yuba River one mile away. 3 lakes are within 20 minutes for fishing and swimming as well as hiking trails and beaches on the South Yuba River. The home has comfortable furniture, super soft beds in 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths. The 4th bedroom suite extra fee or added with 9, 10 guest.

Yuba City Front Unit 5 beds 1 bath w/Pool, Laundry

This mostly remodeled open floor plan 3 bed 1 bath unit has 3 Queen beds 1 queen hideabed and 1 twin size hideabed. This is the front unit (the larger of the two). This unit shares the laundry area in the garage, outdoor spaces to include the pool, and lounge areas. The pool is not heated, but is open for use year round. This private suite has a separate entrance with screen door, kitchenette & bathroom. The Bedroom has a full size bed with quality linens and a 4” Memory Foam topper, fireplace, ceiling & floor fans, t.v., futon & closet. Kitchenette offers the essentials, electric hot pot & skillet, small refrigerator, sink with garbage disposal & microwave/air fryer oven. The “spa-like” bathroom boasts an overhead rain shower head & removable wand combo, a teak bench, shower essentials & fresh linens.

Three Ponds

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.
