This is a detached two bedroom chalet. The inside has been newly renovated and we are constantly touching up! The St Marys’ ferry to Cumberland Island is a few blocks away! The host will help make the most of your trip by providing beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, wagons and tips for a great day at the beach. Jacksonville, Amelia Island, Fernandina, Jekyll and St Simmons Island are all within 30 min. Go enjoy the day there, then relax with marsh views next to the sea ~ it’s pure Next-ta-Sea

We are within 10 miles to: Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, theaters, golf courses, putt-putt, historical downtown Fernandina and the oldest saloon in Florida-The Palace Saloon. We are within 20 miles to the air port (JAX) and Jacksonville Zoo and we are within 30 miles to the Jaxport Cruise Terminal. Other attractions: Fort Clinch River Cruises kayak tours offshore fishing beaches Cumberland Island

Master bedroom features a cashmere topped California king bed. The property has so many amenities starting with a very large pool, lighted at night. A dock on the river to enjoy the views. Access to kayaks on premises. There’s a private clothing optional area/deck with a massage table , hot tub and loungers. We recently added a fire pit.

Studio guest suite with queen bed and kitchenette in beautiful Miramar neighborhood, just 5 minutes from historic San Marco. Close to restaurants, grocery, MD Anderson Cancer Center and Wolfson Children's Hospital. Owners live in main house on site but suite has its own private entrance and parking. You will have access to an outdoor dining space and fenced in backyard. Dogs live on premises but will not interfere, although you may hear barking. Sofa bed available if needed, please inquire.

This is a unique 200 ft small tiny house with a covered porch with 2 rocking chairs for enjoying the outdoors. It is decorated with family antiques even a 4 ft claw foot tub turned into a shower.... If you want the feel of a nice relaxing country atmosphere with woods and nature this is the place for you. We live on a dead end rd which is quite and very safe. Our 2 story house is next to the tiny house but you have your own space and yard. Your privacy is respected at all time.

This detached studio apartment shares a driveway with the owners' residential home, but you'll have privacy with a separate entrance and an enclosed yard with chairs and a firepit.
