Come and make some memories at our unique, spacious and family-friendly home. Located 8 mins above Montreux, we are peacefully nestled between a large green field and a small vineyard. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Erdgeschosswohnung, sehr zentral gelegen! 1 gratis Parkplatz! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt nebenan. Zur historischen Altstadt nur 5 Gehminuten! Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe ist der Bahnhof, nur 2 Gehminuten! 10 Min. bis zum See und der schönen Promenade! Kinderspielplatz gleich um die Ecke!

Dans ce studio, fraîchement rénové, à plein pied et avec un petit jardin privé, vous pouvez contempler une vue imprenable sur la vallée et les montagnes des alpes au loin. Explorez la beauté naturelle de la région à travers ses sentiers pittoresques de randonnée et de vtt. Un parking dédié, un lave-vaisselle et WiFi sont les plus qui donnent à ce logement le confort dont vous avez besoin.

Fern ab vom Alltagsstress in einem idyllischen Wohnquartier, an der Küste des Neuenburgersees befindet sich unser Zuhause mit ganz besonderem Zauber. Am plätschernden Brunnen und verborgen im ehemaligen Bauernhaus aus dem Jahre 1878 befindet sich unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Blick direkt in die Scheune, den Brunnen und den Pferdestall. Es stehen drei individuell gestaltete Aufenthaltsbereiche zur Verfügung. Eine Sauna kann nach ebenfalls genutzt werden (10 pro Saunagang).

Idéalement situé au calme, cet appartement se distingue par sa position et sa qualité exceptionnelle. Orienté plein sud, ses grandes baies vitrées et sa terrasse offrent une vue plongeante et unique sur la vallée du Rhône ainsi que les Dents-du-Midi. La disposition intérieure allie parfaitement qualité et élégance tout en conservant son authenticité de façon contemporaine. A proximité un charmant petit train à crémaillère vient compléter ce cliché carte postale. Parking privé à 50m.

Il y a plusieurs stations de ski dans les alentours du logement. - Thollon-les-Mémises à 20 km du logement, soit environ 25/30 min - Bernex à 22 km du logement soit environ 30 min - le domaine des portes du Soleil à 50 km soit environ 50 min/1h - le domaine de Villars-Gryon-Les diablerets à 45 km soit environ 50 min/1h

Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

L'appartement est situé au rez de notre maison familiale dans le joli village de Baulmes. Entrée indépendante, cuisine équipée simplement, salle de bains adjacente avec baignoire, chambre à coucher double/twin et petit salon pouvant héberger une personne supplémentaire ou servir d'espace de travail. Il convient bien pour passer la nuit lors d'un tour en vélo, comme pied-à-terre pour visiter la région pied du Jura ou lors d'un voyage d'affaires.
