Apartman se nalazi na 3.katu zgrade i sastoji od velike sobe, kuhinje,wc sa tušem ukupno 30m2 te hodnikom od 7m2.Hodnikom se također koristi i vlasnik apartmana kako bi ušao u vlastiti stan koji se nalazi uz apartman. Apartman se nalazi u centru grada u neposrednoj blizini muzičke akademije,Trga Republike Hrvatske i Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta, dječje bolnice, botaničkog vrta ili 7-8 min hoda do glavnog gradskog trga odnosno jednu tramvajsku stanicu.Parkirno mjesto osigurano u dvorištu

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The aparment is newly renovated and completely refurnished. We thought of every single detail in creating it. As one guest described “all the comfort of a home with conveniences of a hotel”. The bedroom can be completely darkened. An extra comfortable queen bed with white satin bedlinen promises good rest. In very heart of the city, just 50 m from the tram station and beautiful and oldest park Zrinjevac. 5 min walk from main Square, and 7 min walk from main rail station. It is located on 7 th floor in a building with a nice view. Big windows give lots of light for good mood :) Bed and mattress are excellent so good sleep is guaranteed. Kitchen is designed and well equipped for those who like cooking and trying some new Croatian tastes. Free parking is just under the window.

We are located 4 minutes walk from the main square and 2 minutes from park Zrinjevac. We can check you in or send you self check in instructions.

The appartement is placed in the center, near the British square in a quiet street called Radnicki dol. It is two tram stops away from the main Ban Jelačić square or 15 min by foot. The parking lot is in front of the building of the apartement and all arround, it's public and the parking ticket is 13,30 euro per day or 23,90 euro per week.The parking is in Red zone No. 1
