This 60 m2 apartment is ideal for couples on an Europe trip, it's a true home-away-from-home. And it's the perfect spot to explore the city of Utrecht from. The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay as a family or a group of friends, with everything within reach, this house is perfect!

Blue Bell House incl parking

This charming 1930s house is close to the village for shopping. The dunes are around the corner and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. Enjoy the spacious garden, brand new boxspring bed, bathtub, and rain shower. You can park your car for free next to the house. There are 2 (old) bikes available for a quick ride to the beach and afterwards, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower. Please bring your own baby bed/chair for your little one 👶 For your convenience: Tourist tax is included!

City tax is: €3,30 p.p. De hoekwoning bestaat uit 3 etages. Het vakantiehuis is gelegen onder ons woonhuis, de gasten hebben hun eigen opgang en een tuin met een schuur, en nog een gezellig zitje. Voor alle duidelijkheid : we slechts beschikken over een woonruimte van 40 m2, inclusief slaapruimte, woonruimte en open keuken en badkamer met een schuifdeur. Wij hebben 1 slaapkamer ,standaard vanaf 2 personen, Er is een opklapbaar bed voor een derde persoon (200 cm×90 cm). Bedankt.
