Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. Die beiden Apartments sind identisch ausgestattet und liegen nebeneinander mit separaten Eingängen - die Ausstattung ist nachhaltig und hochwertig.

**2-bedroom option of same listing This spacious and serene space has an unbeleivable view, not only from the large private terrace with a hot tub, but also from inside - thanks to the glass walls which give you a spectacular view from the kitchen/living room area. The village is quiet and relaxing and has the best beaches on the entire island with it’s pebble inlets and crystal clear sea. The location is ideal for children with one of the beaches just a few meters from the apartment.

Oliva - 很酷的阁楼单间公寓

This apartment was freshly renovated and we did a new terrace. Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house, “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away.

There is a kitchen equipped with cooking station, fridge, all sorts of cookware, pans, kitchen tools and running hot water. The bathroom has been renovated and it has hot water whole year. Distance from the sea is only 20m.

The first floor apartment consists of a dining and living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a view of a garden.

Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
