Inner-City - New Yorker公寓

3 room appartment associated in the steet by the name of "Lavendelstrædet". It is a quiet street just one minut walk to Strøget, the famous and longest pedestrian street in the world. The neighbour next door is the tower of Copenhagen City Hall , capturing the atmosphere of the old, nostalgic city among hip cafées, restaurants and special shops. In other words: The city pulse is just outside the frontdoor. Despite the fact that the appartment is very central, there is no noise from either inside the appartment, nor outside the sunny south-balcony, which easily can fit six people. The building dates from 1799, but has maintained its original charme after a massive renovation in 2007. INTERIOR: Besides a main entrance with room for coats and shoes, the appartment consists of a large, open space kitchen with an extended living room all in the New Yorker style with high seelings and lots of sunlight. There are two bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom with wash and dryer. The appartment is decorated in the modern Scandinavian way - in other words: a perfect base for a vacation in Copenhagen.

The apartment consists of a large room with a fully equipped, integrated kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, ice machine and a microwave oven, which is connected to a terrace and a mezzanine. The mezzanine is accessed on a small ladder and has a double bed. Bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. På vår granngård Valla Gård kan ni nu bo i "Loftet", en lägenhet som inretts uppe i stallets gamla sädesloft. Här är stilen lite Aspen-inspirerad med brunlaserade nya träväggar medan en gavelvägg har fått bibehålla sina ursprungliga brädplank. Även den gamla sädeslofttrappan är bevarad vilket gör ovanvåningens master bedroom mindre lämpad för små barn, men väldigt mysig för alla som behärskar en brantare trappa. 2 sovrum med plats för upp till fem personer, eget kök, badrum och vardagsrum.

Reach the city centre with famous sights such as Nyhavn and Tivoli by foot, bike, or public transport. Nearest Metro is Frederiksberg Allé St. (7 min walk) – reach the airport in 25 min.

My apartment is situated on the third floor of a 300-year-old heritage building. It's important to note that, there is no elevator, which is common as less than 9 percent of buildings in Copenhagen's inner city have elevators. Keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage. My newly refurbished apartment features a hallway leading to the bathroom and a living room that opens to the sleeping area and kitchen. It offers a cozy (Hyggeligt) view of the city's rooftops.

På "Rørvig Gamle Skole"udlejer vi 1. sal med 2 værelser, opholdsrum(repos), dejligt køkken og badeværelse. Der vil være mulighed for ekstra opredning. Vi, værterne, Jørgen og Ulla, bor selv i stueetagen og der er fælles indgang til huset fra gårdhaven, som vores gæster kan benytte. Huset ligger centralt i den gamle bydel med 2 min. gang til Isefjorden og med gangsti til Rørvig Havn og 1,5 km til Kattegat med en af landets bedste badestrande.
