It’s an extremely bright and specious 4 star apartment for real hedonists. Everything is only few minutes away: beaches, centre, sport centre, ambulance, post office, bank, bars, restaurants etc. You can enjoy on our big terrace with a great view on the sea and old town or just cool yourselves, inside the apartment, using air conditions. Although, we do have WiFi, TV and satellite, don’t use it a lot, you can do that at home, rather spend time grilling some fishes on our, outside, barbecue.

The seaview apartment

This spacious one bedroom apartment is a part of new villa, 100 m away from the beach. Apartment has one bedroom with king size bed, large shower, fully equipped kitchen and living room, and a seaview terrace. Wifi is free and available. Additional parts of the villa are also the pool, indoor and outdoor garage and elevator. It also has a pull out sofa for two persons. Our guests also have private lounge with sunbeds and umbrella's at the beach.

It is a new apartment including two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room and a terace with a beautiful seaview. Located 50 m from the sea in a quiet area but close to the little towns of Rogoznica and Primošten to go for a dinner at the evening. You can buy all you need in shops or on local market in Rogoznica.

Only 12m2 large studio inside a miniature house in our backyard. Studio is equipped with air conditioner, WiFi & Apple TV. Infront of the studio you have a private pavilion where you can enjoy your morning coffee or maybe an evening glass of wine. ;)
