My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

With meticulous attention to detail and a lot of passion, we built our Alpegg Chalets: six cozy chalets made from natural wood, ideal for hiking days, ski vacations, or relaxing wellness retreats. Our motto is to arrive, feel at home, and experience nature, and we look forward to welcoming you to our chalets!

Apartment central located -2 min walk to the lake

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Kleine, gemütliche Einraumhütte in Mittersill

Unsere kleine, gemütliche Einraumhütte bietet Platz für 3 Personen, gemeinsame Stunden und Abende. Mit dem Holzofen wird es wohlig warm, eine große Eckbank mit Tisch, Stockbett, Kommode befinden sich ebenso in der Hütte. Grillmöglichkeit direkt neben der Hütte, Wasser direkt an der Hütte am Brunntrog, Strom ist vorhanden. Das Plumpsklo ist ein paar Meter von der Hütte entfernt, eine Outdoor-Solarsackdusche ist vorhanden.

Die umliegenden Skigebiete von Kitzbühel und St. Johann sind in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar.
