Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Awesome Free Time Studio

Apartment is located near the old city of Maribor (20 minutes walk) and 8 km from Maribor skiing and hiking area (Pohorje). It is surrounded with quiet and green neighbourhood. We would be glad to personally welcome every guest. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

Komm mit deinem Zelt/Wohnmobil/-wagen auf diesen unvergleichlich ruhigen Stellplatz auf unserer Hofwiese mit toller Aussicht! Du bist mitten in der Natur und trotzdem nahe am Geschehen bei verschiedenen Events (F1/MotoGP/Airpower/...) Wir sprechen Motorsport-Fans an, die auf eine erholsame und ruhige Nacht etwas abseits vom Trubel direkt am Red Bull Ring Wert legen. Am Stellplatz ist keine laute Musik o.ä. Lärmquellen erlaubt. Strom- und Wasserversorgung möglich. WC und Dusche vorhanden

ruhige Lage in einem kleinen Bergdorf auf 850 m Seehöhe. Am Bauernhof gibt es eine Mutterlkuhherde, die im Sommer auf der umliegenden Weide gehalten wird und im Winter im Laufstall. Der ganze Hof besteht aus einem altem Bauernhaus aus dem Mittelalter, einem Stallgebäude aus dem Jahr 1734, dem neuen Haus, einer Halle, einem kleinen Häuschen und diese neue Ferienwohnung. Am Hof gibt es einen Pfeilbogenparcours mit 50 3D Tiere auf Wald und Wiesen, er ist der Schönste weit und breit!

Stanovanje je oddaljeno 3.9 km ali 6minut z avtom, vstran od Pohorja. Središče Maribor je oddaljeno le 2.3 km ali 4 min z avtom. Uporabite lahko tudi javni prevoz ki je takoj zraven bloka. Stanovanje nudi prenočitev za 4 osebe, ima bogato opremljeno kuhinjo z vsemi pripomočki ki jih potrebujete. Dobrodošli so hišni ljubljenčki :)

This charming garden apartment is located in the heart of the city, right next to the Technical University, combining urban comfort with a quiet setting. Two bright rooms with direct access to the garden, a modern bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a fully equipped kitchen ensure a relaxed stay. Both the living and outdoor areas offer dining tables for three, plus a sofa bed and a small storage room. A Smart TV and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi make it ideal for longer stays.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
