I live in the property directly above the apartment, so I may bump into you at some stage. I will be contactable via phone and Airbnb messaging throughout your stay, should you need any assistance or local recommendations. Surry Hills is one of the city's most vibrant suburbs, with many of Sydney's major attractions just a walk away. Cafes, bars, restaurants, and a mini supermarket and liquor store are all within 150 metres. Please note that I live directly above the apartment, so just a friendly reminder that this is not a party or event rental.

It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, built in wardrobe, small kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart tv (Netflix, Disney, Stan & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky
